Amazing object! What was the program in which you've modelled your telescope ? I suspect it could be terrain function in Bryce - but if such was the case - it is the most advanced object I ever seen created from terrain objects !

Excellent. Aside from the exquisite modelling and characteristic attention to form (how did you do those bending parts around the globe?) one of the most stunning aspects about this image is the powerful sky. Have you done any tutorials, as my terrain modelling leaves much to be desired?
