Looks like a straightforward Terragen image with little (or no) postwork. This kind looks the best in its simplicity. Oh, and great work with the clouds & lighting!

There is no postwork, other than some gamma correction. The surface is plain because I originally intended a sky that was even more dramatic, however, that world file has issues.
