Description
I already forgot where I found the tutorials I used for this, but I used two different effects. Glass Sphere tutorial and the Difference Clouds Lightning I'm sure many of you know. The rest is history. It's all done in Photoshop 7.0, the tiger eyes was a stock image I had laying around.

the thing I love the most is the font you've picked as writing. The colour scheme is very bold.. a shock to the eyes... cool :)
