The texture on the back wall, and the damage on the bottle, really detract from the image. Maybe some reflection on the shelf, and try running soft shadows?

Awesome lighting. I love the composition overall. A great job! Maybe you should use different views (top, right, etc...) to view your subject while modelling. Also hold "alt" key while moving objects when you need them to move slower, that way you have more control over their location.
