okay! i finally managed to reduce this enough to upload here! heheh i started off with a 400*300 render, and ended up with a 200*150 and pretty bad quality. i discovered collisions today thanks to fillingim :) (i hope i spent that right :p) the incredible boxman was my first model to gain a skeleton ;) lemme know what you think :)

try setting the collision to obj-subdivision, particle will bounce off the actual mesh. or try napalm from www.dynamic-realities.com
