You have a talent for eyes! The intensity of the gaze in both figures is really compelling, nice work ; )

You have a style which is very unique which I truly enjoy... I think you have great talent... this is absolutely gorgeous and I think you should do more :)
Heart'Song
You evoke so much with your beautifully limited palette. I really love this.

What? You capture pure expression in your art! Excellent job! :)))

the style you have instead is gorgeous :) Not always likeness is really given by the perfection of traits. Like bev said... eyes can define a person way better than any other thing. I love this piece :):)

The way that you have captured the true personality of your subjects makes this image almost hyper-realistic in the stark truth you portray. This is the mark of a real portrait artist, keep up the brilliant work, your style is truely beautiful! Thank you for sharing :D

The portrait is wonderful also if you're not in realism. The personality of your characters comes out, and can be breathed. Very nice "naif" style, to me. :-)

you have something that can not be taught - this intensity and personality, "breath and character" - the "realism: will come, if you insist on it - butit is far harder, I think for a technical realist to learn how to capture the soul as well as the light (or darkness) that surrounds their model/character. You have the better end of the stick, so to speak. I just love so much of your work because of the complexity of mood and inner struggle that you are able to portray through your work. Thank you!
