Description
I hadn't noticed a lot of "Dawn's" here, and since she's one of my favorite comic characters, and I wanted to try making my own transmaps and a 'real' composition, she seemed a natural.
This is my first post, and one of my first real attempts at something other than just default characters, props and textures. I'm very much the "newbie"; even though I've had the software for some time, this past week was the first time I really sat down to explore it. What you see is one of about a half dozen renders with P4 in my total portfolio.
Anyway, the specs:
Vicky 2; Vicky's Morphing Catsuit; BillyT's Victoria LowRiseRed jeans; Awful Soul's Short Top (I get a lot of use out of that!), along with his wall & chains; Kozaburo's Kyoko Hair Mk. II; C1 - Choker; Panties from Xena's Nitey Nite set (not that you can see them!); Scoopey's Chain around her wrist; NO idea where the rose came from :-\
I painted Dawn's skull transmap for the catsuit, and the keyhole transmap on the short top, and of course, the idea, composition and lighting are all mine. This image is completely as-rendered in P4; all I added was the credit info at the bottom..
I still have a LOT to learn, but at least my results seem to be promising so far :-)

She's a great likeness. Your skull texture's a lot better than the one I'd been working on (my Dawn's still in progress). I'd do something about the dimples around her mouth though. Doesn't look quite right to me.

Thanks, Doogal; I'd be more than happy to share the texture. I just drew the skull in Photopaint, then laboriously duplicated and shifted it over the template for the catsuit (there are almost 300 skulls, front and back!); it has the random look that I've noticed is not uncommon in Linsner's paintings. As for the dimples, I confess I'm a sucker for dimpled cheeks, and I took a bit of a liberty, even though I don't think I've ever seen Dawn with dimples. Where I REALLY have a problem is getting her Cupid's-bow lips; I still haven't figured out the right combination of morphs and phonemes for that shape (not to mention how to get a 'kiss' pose, which I'd like to use in a scene). I'll try a render without the dimples, and see how it looks.

I haven't seen you post for a while, and I always like to see the first image in artists galleries. Looks like you had been here 4 years before this picture.... I'm guessing you've done what a lot of artists do and later regret - delete their galleries..... Shame, but glad to see you've kept the last 10 years.... I like dimples too, and I bet you've got them mastered now.
