Disturbing indeed. This brought to mind Giger's depiction of Debbie Harry from Blondie.

I fell this would fall under the category that I have coined Uber Tech merging the sythethies of biomechanical and the feel of cyberpunk. Allthough I know that cyberpunk aesthitcs was born of biomechanical which was coined by Giger but I fell sense the cyberpunk has a culture and form has evolved enough to be able to describe the synthesis of it and biomecanics.
