Description
This is an alien head that I am working on. All poly modeling with NURMS Subdivition added.

no smooth modifier? why? it needs one. at least output 1 to rendering.

looks great to me:) probably smart to model using only necessary amount of polygons, then when you've got it completly modeled & looking good, go back and add the Mesh Smooth modifier with a setting of 1... as noted above. The mesh will smoothout and tighten up giving you a sweet surface to texture. the amount of polygons should still be very reasonable too. thanks for posting this... I'm looking forward to more W.I.P. Images :)
