This is looking good!! Are you sure your a newbie? A couple of suggestions.. Make the roughness parameter on your displacement texture very small... That will help.. You may also want to reduce the size of the displacements.. It should help with the aliasing I'm seeing in this.. Perhaps change the Star texture.. That one is kinda busy.. Or reduce the kernal on the sparse convolution basis... Just a few Ideas!! Good work !!

Preaty nice one. That's some really heavy displacements you've got here. Agree with Bruce on the syggestions on them. Although I like this star texture. May be you can turn it into some multifractal (looks like monofractal but I may be mistaken), to get the variations in stars distribution and sizes..

I like the displacements like that, just maybe not everywhere... but I think it has a vegetation look to it... I like the blue-misted vista right in the middle....
