Description

Made totally in PhotoShop, with much us of KPT and hand coloring. The few times I sit and actually physically draw something, I enjoy doodling what I would call "Abstract Nature still-lifes". I was happy when I found a technique of doing similar types of things directly in PhotoShop. Using a KPT3 texture as foundation I then go over to the channels and mess arround, creating a greyscale image which I then paint. Lots of fun as a pass-time between my normal art work.

yes i like this too. i have always been fascinated by repeating patterns and this one looks more like underwater creatures swirling about... the image has 'motion'.. rather than just static growth... i like it!

I like it! Makes me think of a scarey octopus at the bottom of a well writhing around, waiting for its' next victim. Maybe that's just me.

What I like best about this is that the image has a lot of depth -- not sure if it's the patterns or the coloring, but the depth is definitely there!
