Mayou from the planet Dike and is overseing his master's throne.
Lord Kanubis is in fact at the council of the entire Andromeda Galaxy in order to propose the invasion of all the planets of the tiny little Milky Way.
In background we can appreciate Kedi, Dike's twin planet.
