there is a famous paint of Venice's industry of building ships in 1400 that shows the workers there exiting from the building called "Arsenale" (the very first Ford-like chain of work, actually).. all with the faces as intense as these, tellin about the pleasure of work, when it's good work. You have gifted me with the same emotion at seeing that paint here, with this image. Hat off and compliments: your subjects are always very unique :)
