MAJOR WORK IN PROGRESS!!! trying to learn how to paint hair, clothes, and boots.....so comments pleaz!!!:)

No, thanks for making it big enough to see all that great skin texturing :) cloth might need a little stronger highlighting though.

not that I've tried painting clothes on poser characters before...but from pencil drawings, I know the lighting on clothes can be a bit difficult. Not too bad for your fist shot though. I would also recommend going back and looking at your highlights again. Leather, especially patent leather, etc, has very strong highlights, so the area where light hits directly is going to pretty much be white (if thats the color of the light source) Also, keep in mind that the material has thickness to it...try to avoid your clothing looking painted on, even though it is...this is especially noticeable in the boots. Keep up the good work. I'm interested to see what the final looks like :)
