This could be a really nice image, but the lack of detail and the use of "canned" Photoshop filters and effects really hurt the impact.

Not bad, though the background really needs some work. The chest windows could use a little more detail, but overall, very nice. I'm not sure what app you're using, but the semi-cel-shaded style is extremely cool.
The lens flare is a touch corny, though, IMO.
