this is an excellent photo, especially the top half, that sky would make a very interesting shot in and of itself. Love those boulders and rocks too.

I think most people would try to get that... hmm, wodden "stick" out of the crop and that would be a mistake. You've made a very smart move keeping it in the centre of the shot - a winning composition this is :)
