BIOBorn 1973 and living in Germany, I never did anything creative before in my life until I started working with Bryce and PaintShopPro in February 2002. With the power of these digital tools I'm now able to explore and express myself in a way I never dreamt of.
The help and feedback from the Renderosity commune enabled me to develop my skills in the last months. Using many different styles and techniques to create my works, there is no special style I prefer, but architectual works are what I like the most today. And of course, Woodies are important for me - can't get them out of my head. ;-)
Since July '02 I've taken my first modelling steps. I'm glad that I am able to give some freebie models back to the community which helped me so very much.
I'm looking forward to a great and creative time at Renderosity.
Take Care,
Der Jimi

I've seen the church from the start to it's present version.. I love it :) suggestion: how about attaching little torches on the beams and maybe carpets.. tho, I'm a ("fallen") catholic, and I dont go to church.. maybe others might have more ideas, lol

That's a good idea, and of course the model isn't finished yet - the side walls need some more detail, too. Thank you! :-)

Good work like the lighting very well done. :-)

Fantastic modelling, I think maybe a religous effigy, such as christ on a cross, would look cool. I saw a model for this very thing yesterday. Here's the link if your interested-http://www.3drealms.co.il/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewsdownload&sid=5.

Love the place, and the lighting is superb! Only one suggestion, if i may... :) Try placing a wall behind the guy. As it is, the light from behind is eating up some of the atmosphere. Let the light from the window set the mood for this one! :)

WOW! Wonderful Job, Jimi;-) Outstanding models and atmosphere here. I appreciate your attention to my Materials, thank you. Only one a little mistake in your description:("especially to Kuta for his statue stone material") Not "his" , but "her" :-)))) It's not disturb me:))) Tatyana
