This truly awesome, I love how the shapes evolve. From a well defines female figure to, what seems like burned matches. As a moth to a flame are we attracted to crushing beauty.

As a child, I was terrified for years after reading a story, in an Alfred Hitchcock collection, about a boy who pinned his butterfly collection to his wallpaper, while they were still living and the insects slowly oozed their life out across the pattern, leaving empty husks. After finding a particularly huge moth, and as usual, pinning it alive, the boy began to fade and fail as the stain on the wall grew and grew. One morning, all that the boy's father found in the bed was the young lad's empty pyjamas. This image brought me back to the fear endengered by that story in one quick look, despite the gender difference. Beautifully realised.

What a strange beauty - and I too feel frightened by this
