"Now, my friends, all that is true, all that is noble, all that is just and pure...fill your thoughts with these things." (Philippians 4:8)
Five years ago I quit my teaching job and have been doing my art and photography professionally. Although I am new to the business, and money is scarce a lot, it is very rewarding to me. It has been years since I have posted on this site and I have missed talking to you guys. I hope some of you at least will remember me.

Great work. The only thing that I see that looks a bit strange looks like a muscle above the knobby thingy on her right ankle. But that in no way detracts from the beauty of the image. Lovely.

this is some excellent work here, i wish i could even make a stick figure with a pose like that, let alone sketch a whole person and even do those bones where the neck ends. very impressive :)

very academic, impresive :D

fantastic work!

It's a very good drawing, though I would not have called it "at rest" since there is so much tension left in the legs of the model (try to strike the pose yourself !). I tend to differ with Zargent: anatomically, this could be correct (there is a muscle on this side of the lower leg, peroneus longus), if you look at the position of the foot, this is ok if you take into account the fact that the tendon extends to the foot, and that the foot is very bent. Maybe more something about the PROPORTIONS of the muscles, then. But since the model seems to be a dancer, this could be ok too. Super drawing !

Very nice work on a difficult pose...

I too think that this is a brilliant drawing, despite the slight proportional warp, which, to me anyhow, seems to only add to the controlled tension of dance. I love the way you covered her, only for the fact that the fabric seems to add to the softness of the image, the flows adding balence and movement. Thank you so much for sharing this, keep 'em comin' ;) hugs

love the stretch in her neck - I can feel it just looking -- and isn't that what art is all about -- to make us FEEL! thank you ! JZ
