Description
I wanted to place some symbolism into a picture, and I wanted to use Kutter's new tutorial on displacement maps.
Vue 4.12 - Postwork: The birds were rendered seperately; performed auto-color correction and a few pixel re-arrangements.
4.9 million polys - 3600 objects. Once again I found it helpful to arrange various parts separate from the main scene, and then merge the parts with the whole.

Charles this is a superbly detailed scene and you most certainly have used the displacement maps to great effect..The lighting and distance perspective adds much life to the scene.. I agree with Shadow it has that Rockwell feel..
