Description

Yeah, i know. we've already seen this one.... but I got such good constructive critisism, that I felt that I had more work to do. The changes are...... 1. the bubbles have been removed because I couldn't find a pleasing texture. the lighting just made them look dark and plastic like no matter how much I dinked around in the texture editor.....2. I added a few more rocks to the ground to give it a little more texture.....3. the plants also have a new texture so they aren't quite as flat looking.....4. I downloaded an awsome sunfish from 3dcommune.com (thanks catlin!!!)... and last but not least, I messed with brightness and contrast and coloring with photoshop to get, in my opinion, a better underwater atmosphere!! Hope you like the changes, although most are small and barely noticable, and thanks for viewing!!!!

Excellent update on a great scene! I think the extra work you put in this improved it a lot. Love those caustics.

I have had good luck with the glass textures for bubbles under water in Bryce. I didn't get to see your original, but this is very nice! I like it very much.

Beautiful work. The caustics work well into the scene. And as Stormi said, glass textures can work great. Fiddle with the refraction and shadow settings and I'm sure you'll find something you're happy with. Thanks for sharing.
