Meli, I was about to release the comic without words, but the twist of "invisibility" would have been lost (I don't know if it's even necessary)...so I went for the naive approach and made it easy for the reader.

Great idea, very well expressed: your drawings have an interesting sense of perspective, with deep meanings, obtained in a simple way that instead strongly captures human's emotions. :-)

Don't lose the words. They are a perfect match for your graphic style - spare, but speaking volumes; simple, but elegant; straightforward, but straight to the point. Very poignant piece and just the kind of work that schools could use to illustrate the pain caused by - say - bullying and/or rejection. Especially impressed that you didn't identify the specifics of WHAT others see as different in Jack.

half way through I thought Jack was a sort of Tetsuo (from Akira) with mad super powers, so I'm glad you added the text. I like this, also the mood of the text, it's somewhat written in a children's language, yet a bit melancholic at the same time. It's actually a very good read for children's psychologists (or their subjects for that matter)

I'm glad you kept the words they are just so right! I love this dynamic presentation.
