Drunkards of Black Shadow
Despite Spanish isn't my mother tongue, Antonio Machado is one of my more loved poets.
Title based and photo inspired in his poetry "He Andado Muchos Caminos":
... En todas partes he visto caravanas de tristeza, soberbios y melanc

Love the shot of the masks!! I remember very little Spanish from high school so could only make out a few words. As I was reading thru the posts I wondered if Tania would come along and translate!!

Beautiful image, beautiful words....thank you tania for translating them. I love how the leather straps hanging seem to add to the opressive sad feeling.
