You bryce very similar to the way I do - you've noticed the magic not just in image texturing, but image texturing combined with terrain height map texturing! An all around impressive render Ian... =P

Nice place... However... Not all coach builders (or wagon makers for that matter) dissappeared with the arise of the auto. Some of them actually got quite successful in building the bodys of cars. Some companies back in the early days (up until the 1930's I think) only built the chassis. Which meant that other places did the rest. Eventually they all got aquired by the car companies (as far as I know.) Probably doesn't mater much now days with most vehicles having unibody construction.
