I love the technique a lot, and the shading and hair so professionally drawed.. though I don't see that much likeness like you usually achieve in other pieces. Still a very beautiful offer and testify of your skill though.

I agree with meli and the "problem" is the nose and mouth, but the nose is the largest "problem". It's too wide. The eyes are good, I covered the rest of the image up with my hands and they eyes were very apt. Just work on the nose and it'll do wonder, I promise :)
