Description

Hello cool people.. Here is my latest on going work in progress. I built this character some weeks ago. I felt guilty, so I thought I had better do a little more on him. These are some test renders where I am experimenting with my new G2 (Worley) and texture mapping (which I struggle with). Thanx for taking the time to look. Any comments from my fellow artists are VERY welcome.

lookin' good! I jealous about the G2. It seems like a great plugin. did you use the sub surface scattering? I wish i had had it.your bump looks good. the skin color can have more lighter values on the hilites. maybe even going a bit more yellow? also the color is a bit even. Here's a ittle tip. If you use photoshop, run "filter/texture/grain/cluped" play with the setting. It gives you a nice start for the base color. nice job!
