My second metaball picture - I think I'm getting the hang of it now. Image is Bryce5 with Photoshop for blur effects.

Very interesting picture. I'm sure it was your intention, but it's very hard to see the beast with all of the post work. I'd be interested in seeing a render without the blur. Very good, still, though. :)

The main reason for blurring it is that the model itself's not that great. It's only my second metaball pic, and it could stand a lot of improvement. However, I'll post a wireframe if you'd like to see what it looks like behind the clouds :)

well, TO ME it looks terrific! The blur makes it look even more eerie.Reminds me of the Stephen King's book the mist!!
