Description

I modeled this little guy for last months AU Maya challenge. Had tons of fun doing it, not sure what do do with him now, but in the mean time he'll sit on the dusty HD :p Poly modeling for the most part. Rendered in Mental Ray using one spotlight and Final Gathering. Thanks for looking.

Somehow methinks that Ralph Bakshi is one of your early influences, buddy. :o) This is one frog I wouldn't mess with. Your modeling skills are masterful (I give up, you win). :oP

I would try to add some kind of a metal texture to this excellent model; make him to the "frog terminator" :-)

So, how far can this bad boy 'jump'? Very cool original model here Modulock. I really love those mechanical details on the claw and prosthetic eye. The rings are a nice touch.

Thank you for your comments everyone :) Moe- will have to look into Ralph Bakshi, never even heard of him lol. Texture him...UV hell, but maybe someday. Him jump? ...with or without the jetpack ;p

without utilising the jetpack hmm... i'd say he'd land head first :P model a scene where that frog leap on to a poser Mike's head and stick that claw in it MUAHAHAHAHA!! seriously though, awesome modelling, gotta love that claw!!
