not bad for 13 years :) a little tip..try to add a flat surface under the water layer...and give it the same texture like the beach... then it looks less odd :)

Pretty good. Lets see here.. the boat needs a new texture. Also you might try to get some nice cliffs into the act. :) Over all, very good image. :)

See right by the boat under the water? Yeay, the way that the land continues, but suddenly cuts off. You can get rid of that in the terrain editor by clicking on the button that says "Lower Edges". That sort of thing drives me nuts! But, you know, aside from this picture being kind of empty, which isn't nreally a bad thing, it's pretty well done, I'd say, and definitely a good start. Keep it up!

What they said. I'd also add I think the sky is a bit too "busy" -- too many clouds. Seems like a perfect sort of day, so I'd expect maybe one or two clouds instead of a crowd of 'em. The other thing that really stands out for me is the foreground -- dang nice! I love the material on it, perfect colors. And the shape of it, wow. Looks like wet sand with a few footprints or dune buggy tracks. Wonderful stuff! :)

Very well composed and good view...lots of space, love it. Some rework on the canoe texture would be good. To make things a little more dramatic....pull the canoe closer up shore and tilt it to one side. Have a few coconut palm on the far away terrain...and may be a pair of birds in the sky eh!? :)
