Looks like a painting. I would put the waterlilies in bunches/packs (realistic) and little easy work on the background. excellent for the colors!

Wonderful and peaceful scene. Ok, with this name you need to have a lot of details on the ground :-)) Only the ferns in the background seems to be out of scale a little. But this does not affect the beauty of this image.
