Description

I took this picture today when trying out my new B+W close-up lenses on the Sony DSC-F707. I think it turned out pretty well considering it is rather hard to keep the camera still while using those lenses. Especially when your subject won't stop buzzing around. :) Any slight movement will cause the picture to blur, but I am still happy with this one and thought somebody might enjoy looking at it too. I hope everyone had a good 4th of July and thanks for looking at my work :o)

Wonderful shot! I tried to do that as well, but my lens focused on the wrong spot...squirelly camera...at least you got what I could not. A little suggestion on presentation: the out of focus above the bee seems to be taking up too much space in the pic, perhaps crop it out or sumthin...anyway, excellent picture.

Agree, this fine bee deserves more credit (cropping).

Excellent shot! Detailed enough to be used in a biology or entomology text... :-))
