Description
I don't know if a small bird found its way out of this egg, or if this is the work of an "egg thief". But the small hole, with the crackeling around it, suggests that it is the first option, and this egg has been disposed of, by mama, or papa bird :-) I will try and get another shot of this egg, on a sunny day, and see if I can't get some nice shadows :-)

You dont need the shadows I think, I like it this way. So rich of details this way and there is still black and grey.

I like the way this image turned out. I think the harsh shadows would take away the delicate feel of the egg itself.
