Description
This is a still image from a personal short film project titled "The Mantis Parable". I'm going for something a little simpler and a bit less "photo-realistic"...more of a stylized realism here.
Enjoy!

This looks like it's going to be 1 major cool short! Well done and all the best on this project. Cheers, Chris.

Great stuff. I love the amount of detail that you put into everything. Expectially the seam in the glass jar. Best of luck to you and your short. I hope you share it so we all can watch it one day.

The glass is drop-dead realistic! Care to share your secret? I also like the cap of the bottle. There is so much to see in this image yet the detail does not distract from the whole. Excellent work!!!!

I'm going to have to say you are pushing the edges of photo-realistic here. Especially the insects, jar, and window. Excellent composition and execution. I wanna see more! :)

The first non-blah image I saw in the Max top 20. This needs to be a little higher up in the ranks. Lots of beautiful detail to take in but not too busy. Well framed shot.

the reflection on the glass bottle looks a little metallic. like a metall jar...especially below the sand, it reflects to much i think...on the large glass jar that is :)
