Really neat! The only thing is the opening page. I was waiting for the site to open in a pop-up window, before realising that I needed to click on the mascot. Maybe add a line above it like... "Click Mascot to Enter" Site will open in Pop-up window. Of course this is only my 2

Very nice layout, but why the #@%&* does the menu close everytime I open a new page from it! (yeah, I know WHY it does that, I just mean it annoys me)
