rendered in lw6 then taken to photoshop 6 for some post work had a few min to spare while i finished an assignment so i threw it together

Hey very cool. Great effect. Heres a small tip if you save your image out as a 32 bit psd you will save out your alpha channel which might make it easier for you to adjust certain areas of image including volumetric effects.
