hmm I cant crit cause then we get a flame war going on so here is what id do... I would make sure lights actually exsist under a car then check ur model out and see what is wrong... other than that really good work...

Good model. Polygon, spline modelling, what? Use reference images? I am thinking about modelling a car myself. Texture looks ok as is. Add a chrome grill in the front, a license plate, and transparent glass.
