Description

It looks something like Riven, I know, but I wanted to make it just for fun. The tree is a beautiful model created by Rudy "Rochr" Herczog for "Air City" - Amphoras by Ferenc Haraszti (http://www.unc.edu/~haraszti) - Cactus and Grass by Plants3D (http://www.3dplants.com) Mats from ArtNet (http://art.net/~jeremy/photo/public_texture) and Mayang (http://www.mayang.com/textures) Dwellings and walkways made with Amorphium Rendering: Bryce 5 - Postwork: Adobe Photoshop - This is dedicated to Mirek and to all those who love Myst, Riven and Exile - Many thanx for stopping by and looking

Fantastic! I love anything Riven-esque. They're working on the new game, Uru, now: I think you should be on the team; great imagination and excellent execution. I'll vote for this.

Great show of imagination. Love the entire picture. Especially the way the textures are caarried through on all the trees and then again on the buildings. Excellent use of lighting.

Magnifico!!! Truly a fantastic scene and image Carlo! The modeling, textures and lighting is flawless, something we all are used to when it comes to "Sbleci standards", but what really catches my eyes and adds extra to this piece, is all the bent pieces of wood and overall irregularity. Gets the highest possible score and my vote! :)

Carlo, this is absolutely fantastic work. This image that you have not just put together, but beautifully crafted shows what amzing skill you have in putting scenes together, modelling and working with textures. The level of detail is excellent and the DOF along with the atmosphere is very well executed. Hats off too you for this one, excellent!. ---- Scott.

Don't know much about puzzle-games, this image reminds me more of Morrowind than anything, like the town of Tel Aruhn! It's a wonderful render, really well done. Flawless... I love the woodwork, the railings and such...!
