Your tuck flaps are wrong. The minor flaps are upside down. Probably only something a packaging designer would notice. The notches in the minor flaps allow the main flap to tuck and the small slits on the main flap, to the right and left of the bar code in your image, catch just inside the minor flaps holding the box shut.
