Description

I found a pic of my Grandfather's dog sitting and waiting for him in front of a store - 1930's. Thanks to jimkerr for his dalmation texture. Poser Dog, Bryce. Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I made some of the changes and think they helped the image.

Very cool old signage...may want to make the boards a tad thinner to lessen the depth of the textures, but overall a nice composition and cool POV. I love old pictures w/ the old ads in them. Reminds me of the old shaver ads and cigarette ads from ballparks in the 40s and 50s. :) Nice work and thanks for sharing!

I agree with MadDog on everything. especially the boards, they could use some work. textures all fit well. The shadows seem a little hard fosuch a bright day. maybe a little ambience???

I really like your composition and theme! I would agree with the points that have already been made. Really great signs.

Nice work, with a few improvements it can become a great one: do some work on the lighting, perhaps some warm colors? lower the symmetrical lattices of the floor, so that only the top is seen, and give them more color.

I agree with the comments above. Just dropped by to say that I like the subject a lot and I think that this image has potential.

Awwwww,.........the faithful pup. Nice idea,...agree about the textures though, lower the bumpmaps a bit.

Great idea, the only thing I would add is shafts of sunlight streaming into the scene and lighting the dog.
