Description

This is for Lisa "Wolf Child", my lady for life ----------------------------- There is a Proficy,,,one held by many differant nations, the one I know best is that of the Lakota people. I hope I do this story justice with my memory. It is the story of the White Buffalo Woman. She came to the Lakota people, caring a bundle wrapped in red buffalo skin. These things inside were gifts of great importance for the Lakota people. Something very holy. When she met them she gave to the Lakota the Sacred Calf Pipe. With this pipe and the rituals she taught them, they were to use them in times of hardship and great need until the "Seventh Generation" when a white buffalo calf is born. This will mark the beginning and rebirth of "spirit" and healing amoung the Lakota people...They would then share the sacred calf pipe with the world,in it's times of hardship and great need.......... Great image! Foreground and background dont fit together perfectly and I have some minor second thoughts about the lighting, but I really like the general impression and the background story! :P
