Wow! This is incredibly realistic; I feel like I'm actually in Brazil! Excellent image. The modeling, lighting and rendering all look perfect to me. I don't know how to achieve the glow you're asking about, but if you figure it out please share your knowledge with the rest of us. First of all, thanks to make me feel like home. I`m from Rio, Brazil and your image brings me back to the times I usually drive on that roads. Congratulations, Very realistic sun light but I think you can try some bump map on the concrete blocks and even some tire marks to make then not to perfect.
