Bear with me, I'm obsessed with my new gun.
I hadn't really played with Depth of Field, so this would be my first final image using it. This is also a shamless marketing ploy as I plan to sell this gun if you like do tell.

Hm... The barrel looks grossly oversized. Compared to the bullets, the calibre of the barrel seems much bigger than that of the bullets. The drum also looks strange. Sure it works? The ammo also seems to be rimfire ammo. I dont think that rimfires are very popular with high calibre guns. The concept is mostly used these days for small calibres like .22s. If they are not supposed to be rimfire, add detonator caps to the bottom. It might just be my eyes, but the tube under the barrel seems to be hollow for no apparent reason.

Well i just love this community, thats exactly what i told to my brother , the barrel used to be bigger though. Thing is we modelled from a side view and weve got no reference for the front of it , im pretty sure these are the right bullets and the rest of the gun is a perfect replica, exept for everything that's got to do with the front, back, top and bottom.. I really appreciate these types of comments and we will improve the gun since our goal is to have an exact replica, thats why we havent put it in the marketplace yet.

Perhaps ya could post that ref pic along with the gun to compare. The barrel is far to big considering the bullets you want it to fire. Nice gun anyway.

and don't forget the rifeling! (spiral grooves which help it fire straight) Also, if you match the barrel to the bullet calibur, the drum will probably be allright.

The ejector slide tube (under the barrel) should be capped. .45's are much shorter and stubbier. I think you'll find that .44mag in the revolver would be more realistic that a .45 revolver. I mean this as suggestions not criticism. The modeling is very nice.
