Description

This is from 1991, when I used to know how to use a pen with ink in it and not a wacom pen. This was one of my first Grateful Dead designs, I used go on tour and sell bootleg shirts and such, that's actually how I met my partners at The Mountain and got my start. This was my first Mountain GD design that made The Dead Licensing company mad enough to call us and from there we worked out a deal for actual licensing. It was kind of a win-win situation I'd say. Some day I'm going to redo this image in photoshop just for fun. Pencil, Ink, Colored pens & sweat. Enjoy.
