Your characters look great. Scene could use some work: Reduce the size of the sword, proportionaly incorrect. Lower the King to meet the ground surface (he is floating). The gent in the background has an awkward looking left foot position. Add more bump or texture to your terrain. Break up the ground space behind the figures with something.
