Hummm.. The work of lighting and textures does not seem as exceptional as some say. There is not any kind of indirect light, this creates some shadows too much dark and hard. The textures are quite simple, and the walls, floor and ceiling, too much plans are seen. The idea and composicion of the image this well, but the light and the textures, need work.

I disagree with Quel, I think this scene is superb! The story behind the image is all in the imagination, and I see many possibilities... Only suggestion I would make is to add a light Gel to the light your using, this would break up the light and make it flicker more :) Otherwise great work!
