Description

New London's annual Sail festival, a good time was had by all, until some crazed, tattooed bald guy (who is still being sought by the local authorities) went on a rampage... Crysanthymum rain purple, red, green, gold dancing before the stars...~~They dance their weaving circles across the heavens to a booming percussion across a cloudless sky..and I cry.Independence played out in clebration. Smoke remains of the glimmering brilliance..and I want to see those dancing flowers on the velvet night..over and over and over again..like a child while eating popcorn and cheering that Crysanthymum rain..WRM98@ ( Just wanted you to know about my last comment a little more.) Gorgeous image!! My husband and I were at the festival a couple of years ago but did not stay long enough to see the fireworks. Your great shot makes it seem like we are right there! Wonderful shot!

I was there and as beautiful as this photo is, nothing can do justice to those fireworks I saw that night, I'm glad someone got a good picture of this amazing event.
