I have not seen these bacteria, or whatever that is, before so near ;o) could it be that you have access to an electronic microscope, or did you use some pictures of books?

I have had access to an elctronic microscope and it's quite different : there are no reflections, this kind of point of view is not common and ... there are no colors (all is B&W). But your lights and your textures are good
