Description
While on vacation in Florida this previous week, I visited a small forgotten cemetery, and found a statue of an angel oddly similar to that which was used for Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. This cemetery was full of photographic oppurtunities, (Old Oak trees, Spanish moss, etc). Shadows were lengthening and the composition was becoming perfect. With the help of some slight, er, heavy retouching, I gave this photo an aged look which fits the mood quite well.

Hey, it's a brilliant work. You've created an atmosphere soaked with melancholy. Anyway, that's how the cemetery should be. I love the special frame you put there. And maybe the contrast is too strong? Could be better if it's tuned down slightly. Thanks for sharing.

I think too that the scene is so beautiful that even a natural light and colouring would stillmake it look special :)
