this hurts. Nevertheless the light,her dramathic mouth line (or his.. hard to tell) is giving a pushin sense of pain and bad expectations, loss and sadness out. You have a visual language that touches innerly.

I find this image very moving. The curtaining reminds me of hospital draperies, and the woman looks as though she's just had dreadful news. Quite powerful.

I agree with the above. It's more subliminal than the cheap shock tactics usually employed: your art goes deeper than this. This image makes me shiver inside. I think it's because her eyes are completely shadowed, with no life showing, like she's been drained. Haunting.
