Any other person who view this: Please read through it: It is important to know that the Renderosity team - nothing against them, they are also just humans - just banned my account without telling the reason why they did it. Also after trying to reach them "admin@renderosity.com" I got
no answer :( anyway, I am glad to be a part of this wonderful community in which you can share your thoughts with others to understand each other better :)

I already send you a mail in which I tried to ask
you why I cannot log on? Please tell me the reason why my account was banned. Becasue otherwise if I did not know the reason I was banned, I probably would make the same mistake one more time unfortunately and I ASK YOU: If I do not the reason: Does it make any useful sense to kick me out by not telling me why? Please think about it and please answer me!!!! Otherwise I will probably contact my lawyer - and it is a well known lawyer.
I do not want to do it because it is such an amazing community and I am glad to be a part of it :)

I tried to send sort of an explanation, but your account was already banned..here's the scoop..
check the Terms of Service (TOS) agreement to see if there's anything that you might have done..I seem to remember that you mentioned Kazaa..if you use anything from a warez site like Kazaa, Morpheus, et ill, that's a violation of the TOS. Bryce and Poser 4 are both currently available for under $100 right now, so if you create stuff with a legitimate copy, you're fine. The website here gets a lot of support from Curious Labs and other software companies etc., who actually write the programs, and the companies take a dim view of any 'creative' ways of getting programs without payment. That's the most likely explanation.

Ok, first thanks for reaching me. I understand your position quite well. On the other hand - it belongs not only to filessharing - I think we have to share our thoughts and life openly (except some private things) to understand each other better. And ok, I understand your point of view - you are also just a human (no alien I hope :) - and that is why I would check all the description of my images and delete something depending definitely on "kazaa" or some other direct things I mentioned. What I mean is, that I would read all my image descriptions and correct them so that they would match the "TOS". I also unfortunately have to mention honestly that I used some stuff DAZ3D not directly from them. And that is why also would delete the certain pictures. But on the other side I am also thinking that, whether the stuff is directly or indirectly from daz, the image of the artist containing the daz figures is "art", also as long as the artist mention all the sources he used for the image :) Finally, I do not expect anything of you. I am only sad that some wonderful images seems to be gone. Anyway, if you would reopen the account, I would correct the decriptions, delete probably some of the suspicious images not matching the TOS. thanks anyway, david. and nice dream...
